Got the privilege of taking my brother-in-law, Jimmy Sutton, fishing - nabbing a 25inch Striper late evening and a 20# blue the next day. Then Jake LeFlore and I went on a late evening trip. We graphed for two hours with no luck. And suddenly we turned a point and there were marks everywhere! I put my first rod in the holder, turned, baited rod #2, when rod #1 went down. I hastily jammed rod #2 in the holder with 4 ft of line out, grabbed the first pole, and realized with the amount drag it was pulling, that I had a monster on. Then the horrible thing happened - my 20# line snapped! "Oh crud" I thought. Then I look over to see pole #2 pulled four ring guides into the lake! I made sure this monster got his way, took my time, and finally hoisted a 10lb 10oz / 29.5 inches striper in the boat. I'm lovin it.

The more you practice, the luckier you get.
