Beans, took the boat out friday and when I get going full speed the motor will bog down and almost come to a complete stop but still stays running. Fished the rest of the day and it stopped then started doing it again. It runs great at lower speeds but when it gets going it sounds like its losing gas I know this is just probably a not the problem but I just changed the plugs before this happened. My carbs leak quite a bit and need rebuilt but has been like this for 3 years with no problem.

You need to check your compression before you do anything. If your carbs have been leaking for several years I would bet you have a bad cylinder. If they are shooting gas out then you have a reed problem. Leaking gas lines allow air into the gas and will cause a lean condition in the cylinder which over time an outboard running lean on a cylinder will go bad resulting in a rebuild. If your compression is still up then I would start with pumping the primer bulb when the problem occurs and see if that helps it. That is after you fix the leaking gas problem. Also need to know the year and make so I can tell if your motor has a slow safe type sensor. You can also do a drop cylinder test when it happens and see if you have lost spark to a cylinder. Could be lots of things but start with the cheap and end with the power pack.
