I know most of you guys can relate.
After a chaotic summer, things have finally slowed down for a bit. Time for some missed out on fishing.
Had a good day Tuesday, and the boat is still hooked up.
No appointments or meetings this evening, and the wife was going to go out with the girls. Just me and the 2 knotheads for the evening.
No reason I couldn't get loose to go put a whipping on the fish again.
Didn't work out the way I planned.

If nothing else, I learned a little perspective. I was just down right twitchy and having an attack of some sort. At one point I was pretty much walking around in circles. I finished my sons 1,000 piece puzzle, cooked dinner, and loaded the dish washer until I calmed down. It helps me to understand when people "HAVE" to have their coffee or cancer sticks a little better. Maybe I've learned to show a little more grace.

Still quivering inside.

I know what you mean man. Sometimes i will get really edgy and angry when there is absolutely no reason to, just because "something" didnt go my way i guess. Usually thats when the Lord sends me a serious reality check i have have to get over myself and realize that i have so much to be thankful for. We all have those times man, what matters is learning from it, which it sounds like you have a good grip on.

You're not bringing "work" home with you...???

So, what's your topic for this Sunday?

I have two quick suggestions, first and foremost, I would strongly encourage you to "see a doctor". I have had some strange medical situations in my life this year starting as early as January.

Sencondly, I offer you a portion of scripture. Several years ago our church started reading a Psalm during some of our services and we would pray for our military members serving our country.
So, I give to you as a Christian Soldier; Psalm 91.
Read it and be strengthened and blessed.
Whatever you do, take care of you, the Wife and the two "knotheads" are counting on you.
God Bless and Good Health...

Fishin', RW is right. Get a little help.
I went through a period recently where I needed all the help I could find. This site is full of friends that helped pull me through a really rough time, but sometimes we need even more. Good luck.

Anxiety attack. May never happen again. It is a weird feeling to feel like you are losing control. I think it will pass over a few months. Spend time with friends and family until you feel better.

Oh, I'm fine now. Actually all I needed was to go fishing.

Max, did you not read what the man said?

"I finished my sons 1,000 piece puzzle, cooked dinner, and loaded the dish washer until I calmed down."

Let me know how many of you guys on here have ever calmed down after "loading the dishwasher"...

Now Fishin, If fishin was all you "needed" then what did you catch?

Be careful, and if it does happen again...

I'm sure not qualified to diagnose anyone else! Take any of my advice for what it cost ya, nothing! Anyway, glad to hear that you feel better Fishin.

Everybody has a bad day...100+ degrees, brush as high as the top of the tractor, I wrap some cable around the brush hog...in the dirt under the damn thing trying to get that mess outta there, a few rounds later brush snags the hitch pin on the stablizer bar and bends it under the mower, stuff so thick I can't mow any faster than second gear low axle cause the tractor wants to overheat, but there's always a bright side.

Think I'll get er done today...

Wrong, punched a thorn through a tractor tire...back one, and then it vapor locked on me...it's out in the weed patch till evening...hot out there, and it's only three and a half miles from the house. Thought I might melt, but no melt down...gonna have me a nice steak, corn on the cob, peaches, and cool down...worry about the tractor later.

" Hey, hold my beer and watch this."
